Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Rhode Island. It’s important to understand you cannot “piggy back through another state” You must have gotten your initial license from one of 8 states above and have taken the full pre-license course in that state to qualify for mutual recognition.  For example: If you got your license through New York  and New York had reciprocity with Connecticut.  Because you didn’t actually get your initial license from Connecticut you would not qualify to obtain a mutual recognition real estate license from Florida.  (no “piggy backing through states”).
