ANNOUNCEMENTS – GENERAL Rule Change – 61J2-3.020 – Post License Education The 30 day wait period to retake your end of course exam has been removed effective March 25, 2018. You will now be able to retake the end of course exam immediately but it cannot be the same exam and you are limited to one retake per course. Announcement – Please be aware that we have finalized a NEW mutual recognition agreement with the regulatory agency for the State of Rhode Island, effective March 19, 2018. When applying for a Florida Real Estate license, you may apply your education and experience to qualify under this new mutual recognition agreement.
